AI Hardware & Edge AI Summit 2024 - Agenda | Kisaco Research

"I will absolutely recommend to my colleagues to attend in the coming years. I had lot of questions on the application and deployment of AI before I came, now they were all answered. There were many great speakers and many of the presentations offered very insightful information that I can take back to my work."

The journey from taking a foundation model (FM) from experimentation to production is filled with choices, decisions, and pitfalls that can increase undifferentiated heavylifting and delay time-to-market. In this session, learn how purpose built capabilities in Amazon SageMaker can help ML practitioners pre-train, evaluate, and fine-tune FMs with advanced techniques, and deploy FMs with fine-grain controls for generative AI use cases that have stringent requirements on accuracy, latency, and cost. Join us to learn how to simplify the generative AI journey, follow best practices, save time and cost, and shorten time-to-market.

    PRESENTATION

Rapid adoption of large language models (LLMs) has created a critical need for sharing these models while preventing the users from copying, or reverse engineering, the models or the data they represent.  Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) provides a post-quantum approach to secure the publication of LLMs. Recent software and hardware developments will provide a way to perform this secure sharing at execution speeds comparable to inference done on unsecured LLMs.  Dr. Rhines will review the emerging approaches and provide a roadmap for future developments that will make secure data sharing of LLMs pervasive.
